Dr. Vesselina Ratcheva is a senior researcher at the World Economic Forum whose work provides timely insights and actionable recommendations to industry and policy leaders. She has over ten years of experience in research across academic and applied settings with a thematic focus on skills, labour markets, inclusion, equity and ethnicity.

 

Dr. Ratcheva leads the Forum's New Metrics CoLab which forges data partnerships to uncover innovative measures of social and economic systems. She is a co-author of the Future of Jobs Report 2016, 2018 and 2020, and of the past five editions of the Forum's Global Gender Gap Report.
