Ivana is currently heading strategy and operations for Google in Central & Eastern Europe and Google's Baltic marketing team, and has previously led Google's digital skills programs in the CEE region. These programs helped 250,000 people grow their digital skills or transition to a digital-focused career in CEE in 2020 alone. Ivana previously worked at Google Singapore, Dublin and Warsaw, and studied at National University of Singapore Business School, Uppsala University in Sweden and University of Economics in Zagreb before joining Google in 2011.
