ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
The lack of qualified labor is one of the main obstacles for the development of Latvia's economy. In order to lay the foundation for the National Human Capital Development Strategy, the third "Future of Jobs 2023" conference will bring together leading representatives of the public, private and non-governmental sectors to discuss global trends in employment, future labor demand, economic transformation, skills, mobility, labor management, the collaboration of all stakeholders and the implementation of a data-driven approach.
